Putting Your Relationship Development System to Work (Module 35)
This module pulls it all together. The students will be provided with the Power Player Network Storyboard. It is used for identifying and recording who the Power Players (key influencers) are within the divisions of large organisations, and where there are two or more influencers involved with the buying decisions. They will also learn how to utilize the information to improve “buy-in” chances with the group. Upon completion the students will be able to:
• Take all the information in the previous Managing Complex Business Relationships Modules and development and implement strategies and tactics with the Power Player Networks Storyboard to improve the buy-in from the individual Power Players and the group.
• Utilize the Power Player Network Storyboard as a progress report type system when dealing in Complex Business Relationships.
