Buy-In Readiness and Influential Hit Power (Module 32)
This module helps the students decide which Power Players will “buy-in” the quickest and who will be the most difficult. The students will also learn “what level” of influence power on the decision each has or what level of influence they have within the department on decisions.
Upon completion the students will be able to:
• Utilise the Situational Targeting Tool to determine who in the decision making process will buy-in the quickest. Those who are still struggling or have problems that need solving and those who are advancing and growing. Those who are orbiting or cruising are the toughest.
• Assess each Power Player’s Influential Hit Power on decisions and on groups.
