Utilising Features Advantages and Benefits (Module 8)
Most marketers and salespeople present and sell with features and forget to describe the advantages and benefits of that feature to the client. In other words, what is really in it for the buyer? This module shows how to present and appeal to the client through advantagesand benefits (both verbally and in writing)
Upon completion the students will be able to:
• Take 20 items (products or services) and quickly describe the features of that item or service and then demonstrate their knowledge by clearly describing the advantage and benefit to a client
• List several features about themselves and then show how those features could be an advantage and benefit to an employer.
