The Professional Salesperson
The Professional Salesperson (Module 2)
This module helps the student understand why selling is important to the economy – why nothing moves in a business unless someone is selling to a buyer. It also shows how those who often think they are not in sales actually are. (i.e., engineers, accountants and other professionals).
Students will study sales professional role models from around the world and all walks of life and cultures, and learn the qualities of professional salespeople and determine the benefits to themselves in their career and livelihood pursuits, and personal life by being well trained as a Sales Professional.
Upon completion the students will be able to:
• Know the benefits organisations and the community receive by having Professional Salespeople
• Understand all of the other professions and job titles that utilize sales skills and sales methodologies
• Assess and measure themselves in reference to the qualities of top Professional Salespeople.
