Networking and Marketing Through Events (Module 29)

Being present at the right business functions, trade shows and educational business seminars and conferences provides excellent customer contact opportunities. In this module, students will learn the “how to’s” of networking and capitalizing on places where lots of targeted clients go. Most salespeople do not take advantage of their own company sponsored events. This module is about making networking and personal marketing pay in groups of people.

Upon completion the students will be able to:
• Network more effectively in the right groups of present, potential and past clients
• More effectively work a trade show booth with “traffic stopping” skills and lead building tactics
• Take full advantage of company sponsored events and seminars from a sales and marketing perspective.
