Making Pressure Work For You (Module 18)

Module 18 will teach the participants how to maximise stress as a motivator and how to eliminate different levels of stress that deter their effectiveness.  Covered in this module is the stress scale or “stress thermometer”. The different categories of stress, the three types of “time”, and real life stories to motivate and focus your team to become aware of the difference between group, one to one, and personal development that is necessary to make use of time.
